To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience at Deva Clinic for all our clients, please adhere to the following policies:
 
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
 
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in full charge of the treatment.
 
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
 
Please silence your mobile phones during treatments.
 
Home visit appointments are confirmed separately.
 
We maintain a hygienic and safe environment; please inform us of any health issues prior to your appointment.
